    i have Prismacolor pencils, can they cross reference ( No. and name of color) with the Rembrandt
    colored pencils?

    Some of the names may be similar (yellow ochre for example is pretty close across most brands) but every manufacturer uses a different numbering system.

    You can still apply some of the techniques with prismacolours as you do with the rembrandt, but be aware that yours are wax based and these are oil based so the look may be a little different.

    Glad you are enjoying them Lynn! If you look at the first page on the instruction sheets for video four I have listed all of the pencils by colour. If you’re using a different brand, some of the naming may be different but hopefully you can find something similar.
